White Rice Wine Making - Day 10
The white rice wine seems to be slowly separating (I hope it's not my illusion) from the mushy, cloudy mass. Everything seems to have frozen in space. I decided to do nothing and wait for another 2 weeks to see what will happen.

Anonymous, sorry, no next post coz the wine only separated a little after a long long time in the fridge.
what happen to this wine project finally? Was it potable?
iml, the rice wine was harvested, but the volume was quite little.
