



Bacon and Beef Roll
Ingredients
Bacon
Thin Stripes of Beef (I used shabu shabu beef)
Teriyaki Sauce
Method
1. Cut the beef to be about the same size as the bacon.
2. Brush one side of the beef with teriyaki sauce.
3. Place a piece of beef on top of a piece of bacon.
4. Roll up the bacon and beef and secure with a toothpick.
5. Bake at preheated oven at 200 degC for 15-20 mins.
