In memory of Nian Ning

I made these cinnamon rolls tonight, in memory of Nian Ning. The recipe was shared by her in KC.

I do not know Nian Ning well, in fact I haven't even met her. But she's one of those I had corresponded with in KC. We were still discussing about pineapple tarts last week. Today I login KC and read the sad news. She's passed away a few days ago after meeting an accident on her way to KL.

Life is just so unpredictable. You never know when you'll not wake up to see the next sunrise. So cherish whatever we can do today and cherish whoever we can still see and meet today.
