Since school reopens, I've been so busy that I haven't really been blogging.
One of the dinners, I tried out the Herbal Drunken Prawns (got the recipe from KC) using the remaining medium prawns in my freezer. The sauce is very nice. This will be one of the dishes I'm cooking for this year's reunion lunch. So it's a good chance to practise it first.
Yesterday I cooked Chicken Congee for lunch. Used my Vita-mix to blend the rice into finer texture before cooking it. The congee is ready in around half an hour, pretty fast compared to traditional way of cooking.
