After the failure in my swiss roll baking, I am considering taking up baking class to brush up my skills. It is useless of me experimenting here and there without even getting the basic right. Chance upon the Creative Culinaire when I was searching for classes. They offer classes for amateur and professional bakers. Their charges are quite reasonable considering the number of lessons and hands-on sessions. What really interests me is the content covered in the class. Looks really systematic, unlike some classes I've seen. I'll probably make a trip down to find out more and to get one of Judy's books as well.
