I still have some balanced yogurt from the previous bake, so I decided to bake the Cranberry Yogurt Cake again. I've added a bit more yogurt to the recipe so as not waste the leftover. The result was not bad, it adds a more tangy taste to the cake, but it takes longer than the norm to bake. I baked it in my new triangle cake tin just to test baking a non-round cake...lol...This is a nice recipe for Christmas!

KWF, did you reduce the sugar in the recipe or you just used 200g of sugar as stated in the recipe?
