World of Hello Kitty

I went to United Square today and saw these from the Hello Kitty shop there.



Under normal circumstances, I would not have entered the shop since I'll probably have nothing to buy from there. But ever since I saw those cute HK moulds some of the bloggers own, I've been paying attention to where I can get my hands on one of those stuff. Needless to say, I just have to check out the shop although I admit I didn't have much hope when I walked into it. To my surprise, they really carry some baking products...actually, just these two baking products. Couldn't resist and have to buy them! But they're super expensive! Both cost me a total of over $40! One of the most expensive bakewares I own! Couldn't wait to put them into use though I must first figure out the "how".

Weighing machine not working

My Redman electronic weighing machine has gone a bit hay-wire. Took it to Phoon Huat to let them check what happen yesterday. So now I can't do any baking at the moment though I can still use my manual kitchen scale if I want to.

Going to my cousin's place for dinner this Sunday. Let me think of what to make for the little kids.

New Stuff

I went to Sun Lik yesterday afternoon. It's a little like BIY with lots of stuff to see. BIY has more toppers, but I find Sun Lik's price to be cheaper. Bought a few decorative items to be used for my cuppies this Fri. I'll probably start making the cuppies on Thurs.

Got a new buttercream recipe from them too. I intend to try that out tomorrow. The lady at Sun Lik told me the frosting can be kept in the fridge in air tight container for a week.
