It's the pandan juice. I'm not too sure why it gives that smell when baked. I don't like the smell, so I gave up trying to improve it.KWFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03990908601723909315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3179036054440551284.post-32338112621198324072008-03-17T08:49:00.000+08:002008-03-17T08:49:00.000+08:00Hi kwf, the smell that u detect in your pandan bre...Hi kwf, the smell that u detect in your pandan bread...could it be the coconut milk...did u use any? I heard ...I'm not really familiar with bread maker. I heard there's certain sequence to put in the ingredients. Remember to put the salt and yeast in different ends of the bread maker. I'll suggest you start with the Yogurt Bread original recipe (follow the link in my blog) as the original recipe is meant for a breadmaker. After you tested the bread maker, you can go and try other recipes. Good luck and happy bread baking!KWFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03990908601723909315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3179036054440551284.post-3823712610806092322008-03-12T23:36:00.000+08:002008-03-12T23:36:00.000+08:00hey wf, my sis in law said she'll pass me the brea...hey wf, my sis in law said she'll pass me the breadmaker our bro in law lent her! they both were unsuccesful with it. i'm researching, may start either with your yogurt bread or hokkaido milk loaf. what would u suggest?Yurihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00968690514807506641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3179036054440551284.post-25763613967359907312008-03-12T21:53:00.000+08:002008-03-12T21:53:00.000+08:00yuri, I find cookies too heaty. It's very time consuming but very satisfying at the end to see the pretty smooth dough. :)KWFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03990908601723909315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3179036054440551284.post-24898463329705746172008-03-12T16:44:00.000+08:002008-03-12T16:44:00.000+08:00hi kwf, hang in there ok?
